Our 3-Way Silicone Foley Catheter is manufactured from 100% medical-grade silicone and specifically designed for continuous bladder irrigation (CBI) and urinary drainage following urological surgery. Featuring three independent lumens for urine drainage, balloon inflation, and irrigation, it enables simultaneous drainage and irrigation without interrupting catheter function, making it an essential device in postoperative urological care.
Available in Fr16 to Fr26, the catheter is offered in infant, pediatric, female, and adult configurations with multiple balloon capacities and catheter lengths. Each catheter incorporates a symmetrical balloon, smooth drainage eyes, an additional irrigation lumen, an X-ray detectable line, and an ISO color-coded valve for efficient clinical operation. Manufactured in a 100,000-class cleanroom under an ISO 13485 quality management system and certified to CE (MDR) requirements, our products are supplied worldwide to medical distributors, healthcare providers, and OEM partners.
A 3-Way Silicone Foley Catheter is an advanced indwelling urinary catheter designed for patients who require both urinary drainage and continuous bladder irrigation. Unlike a standard 2-way Foley catheter, the 3-way design includes an additional lumen dedicated to irrigation, allowing sterile irrigation solution to flow into the bladder while urine, irrigation fluid, and small blood clots are drained simultaneously.
This design is widely used after urological procedures such as transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP), bladder surgery, and other operations where continuous irrigation is required to help maintain catheter patency and support postoperative bladder management.
Manufactured from 100% medical-grade silicone, our catheter combines superior biocompatibility with excellent flexibility and structural stability. Silicone material provides a smooth surface that helps reduce tissue irritation and mineral encrustation while offering a larger internal lumen than comparable latex catheters of the same French size. As the product is latex-free and DEHP-free, it is also suitable for patients with latex sensitivity.
Every catheter is individually sterilized using ethylene oxide (EO) and supplied in a transparent sterilization pouch to ensure product integrity before clinical use.
Designed for Continuous Bladder Irrigation
Continuous bladder irrigation is commonly required following urological surgery to reduce the accumulation of blood clots and maintain unobstructed urinary drainage. Our 3-way silicone Foley catheter is engineered to support this clinical procedure efficiently.
The additional irrigation lumen allows irrigation solution to enter the bladder continuously while the enlarged drainage lumen removes irrigation fluid, urine, and debris without interrupting the closed drainage system.
This integrated design helps simplify postoperative bladder management and supports efficient workflow in operating rooms, recovery units, intensive care units, and urology departments.
Key Features
Three Independent Lumens
The catheter includes separate lumens for urinary drainage, balloon inflation, and bladder irrigation, allowing multiple functions to operate simultaneously.
Large Irrigation Channel
The dedicated irrigation lumen is designed to deliver irrigation solution smoothly while maintaining reliable flow throughout the procedure.
Efficient Drainage Performance
Smooth drainage eyes and an optimized lumen design facilitate the removal of urine, irrigation fluid, and small blood clots.
100% Medical-Grade Silicone
Manufactured entirely from medical-grade silicone, the catheter is latex-free and DEHP-free, offering excellent biocompatibility and helping reduce patient discomfort during catheterization.
Symmetrical Balloon
The high-quality balloon inflates evenly to provide stable catheter retention while minimizing localized pressure.
Standard Round Tip and Tiemann Tip Available
Different tip configurations are available to accommodate physician preference and clinical requirements.
X-ray Detectable Line
A full-length radiopaque line allows catheter position to be verified by imaging when required.
ISO Color-Coded Valve
Each catheter size features a color-coded valve for rapid identification and simplified inventory management.
Funnel Connector
The universal connector provides secure compatibility with standard urine drainage systems and irrigation accessories.
EO Sterile Individual Packaging
Each catheter is sterilized using EO and packed individually in a transparent sterilization pouch to maintain sterility until use.

The 3-Way Silicone Foley Catheter is specifically designed for clinical situations requiring both continuous urinary drainage and bladder irrigation. The integrated three-lumen structure allows irrigation fluid to enter the bladder while urine, irrigation solution, and small blood clots are drained simultaneously, supporting uninterrupted catheter function throughout treatment.
Its versatility makes it an essential device in urology departments, operating rooms, intensive care units, and postoperative recovery wards.
Continuous bladder irrigation is one of the primary indications for a 3-way Foley catheter. Following urological procedures or episodes of significant hematuria, continuous irrigation helps maintain catheter patency by flushing the bladder and reducing the accumulation of blood clots.
The dedicated irrigation lumen delivers irrigation solution efficiently while the large drainage lumen continuously removes fluid, helping healthcare professionals manage postoperative bladder care more effectively.
